Amy is a 1996 graduate of New Oxford High School. After graduating, she directly entered the work force, working for several years in banking and accounting. It was through on the job training and miscellaneous classes that she received her education. In 2002 after losing her cousin to Cystic Fibrosis, she joined a volunteer committee for CFF. It was then that her passion for non-profits grew. In 2010 her career began in the nonprofit sector as an employee of a local organization- which led her to CCRF in January of 2018. Amy grew up in New Hampshire, but she now lives in Abbottstown with her daughter, Abigail, where she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and most importantly, her 4 dogs. Amy also loves gardening, cooking, music, and art.
Abigail knows the value of working hard to make a difference in people's lives. As a studious and active high school student, she was a member of Spring Grove High School's Student Council for three years and served as President her senior year. She was inspired to work for CCRF after packing toys for our Bear-Able Gifts Program. Abigail currently attends Millersville University in Lancaster where she is studying Business & Marketing and plans to declare a minor in Sociology. She enjoys being with friends, painting, listening to music, and creating videos for her YouTube channel.
